When will i receive my order?

My product has been dispatched but not received?

We're sorry to hear that your item has not arrived yet. Please check that you have received a dispatch email from us to ensure it's on the way to you. if you have received the email, you should aim to receive your order within the given time frame in our Delivery & Shipping page based on your chosen delivery method.

How do i change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order with Olixar, please contact support at support@olixar.com with Order ID. Our dedicated customer service team will get in contact and review your order as soon as possible!

When will this product be in stock?

Contact our customer services at support@olixar.com for more accurate times in which products will be in stock. However, why not pre-order the product and we'll get it delivered to you as soon as it is in stock!

Are my Olixar products under warranty?
